Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Shipment
Carefully repackage the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
For oversized furniture, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup; for smaller accent pieces, use the provided prepaid shipping label at your nearest carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
